This Privacy Policy describes how Pakistan Mobile Communications Limited (“Jazz”) and its technical partner, Switch Communications (Pvt.) Ltd (“Vendor”), collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use Jazz Drive (“Service”). By using Jazz Drive, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Information We Collect

When you register for and use Jazz Drive, we may collect the following information:

• Account Information: Your Jazz mobile number, profile details (name, email if applicable).
• Usage Information: Subscription/billing details, login history, device type, session activity.
• Stored Content: Files, documents, photos, videos you upload. You retain full ownership of all content.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve Jazz Drive services.
• Manage billing and process subscription payments.
• Communicate updates via SMS, email, or in-app messages.
• Ensure system stability, security, and detect misuse.
• Fulfill legal or regulatory requirements when necessary.

3. Data Sharing

We respect your privacy. Your data is never shared, sold, or disclosed for marketing or commercial purposes.

Data may only be disclosed if required by law, court directive, or government request. Neither Jazz nor the Vendor will otherwise access or share your files.

4. Data Security

• Industry-standard security measures protect your data.
• No system is fully secure—keep independent backups of important files.
• Jazz Drive is not responsible for accidental deletion or loss beyond reasonable control.

5. Data Retention

• Files remain available while your subscription is active.
• If suspended due to non-payment, files remain downloadable during suspension (uploads restricted).
• After 45 days of suspension, all files are permanently deleted.

6. Your Rights

• Access, download, or delete your files during subscription or grace period.
• Cancel your subscription anytime via app, web, or customercare@switch.com.pk.
• Update or correct account information via the service.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Jazz Drive may integrate with or link to third-party apps. These are governed by their own privacy policies; Jazz is not responsible for them.

8. Updates to This Policy

Jazz may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be communicated via SMS, email, or in-app notifications. Continued use of Jazz Drive constitutes acceptance.
